A New Body - A New You

Through the years I've learned to accept my body for what it is while still striving to be the best me possible.

When I was in college, I thought that I ate pretty well I thought I  exercised regularity and thought I was was in good shape.. all things in common.. THOUGHT. Since graduation I have totally changed my mindset on eating and exercising all for the better. I will begin to share my rules to a healthier lifestyle :)
1) Get On A Schedule - TODAY!
the more your body is eating, sleeping and working out on the regular the better! - After college I no joke dropped 5 lbs just because I consistently ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same times and started working out after work at least 4 or 5 times a week.

2) Switch Up Your Workout

Now that your diet is regulated, try new things and always stay active. The more diversity your workout includes the more your body is working to develop different muscles and this creates a tone and fit all around body.

3) Don't Restrict Yourself

I mean, eating cupcakes everyday isn't okay and yes everything in moderation is good. However, if you are craving a cookie, eat a cookie.. don't just give up food to watch the scale go down. When you do that, it only creates a bigger want and that will cause you to overindulge!

With my top 3 tips - like 'em or leave 'em - I've also included a fabulous article from a fellow blogger titled The Anti Diet... enjoy :)

Craving White

Did you know the main ingredient in all teeth whitening products is hydrogen peroxide? Really?, that’s what I said too, so I decided to follow some online advice and try it myself.  It REALLY works! For the past 2-3 weeks 3-4 times a week I take out my hydrogen peroxide, dip a Q-tip into it and rub it onto each of my teeth. I have also started pouring a bit into the cap and dipping my floss into it just so I don't miss any spots ;). I make sure not to swallow any! (It’s not good for your digestive system) and brush my teeth normally within 1 to 2 minutes. VOILA! My teeth have noticeably become whiter, enough even for people to comment on them. I couldn't believe I had been spending so much time and money sticking stripes to my teeth.
Today's society craves white and with a simple household product, anyone can get it!

So there you go! - save time & money by using a very simple household item to get your pearly whites looking fab!
